Helmets to Hardhats connects transitioning active-duty service members, veterans, National Guard members, and Reservists with federally approved apprenticeship programs and career opportunities in the construction and skilled trades industry. Training comes at no cost to the veteran, participants earn wages while they learn, and over 100,000 veterans have already found their next mission through this program.
